Morten's whole story

During the training I have done squats wirh heavy stones. Doing whips with a heavy rope and I´ve been running with a belt attached to a car tyre added extra weight. This is very painful!

The most beneficial has been the impact on my energy. I have a lot more energy now. Concerning the 5:2 diet I have not completely kept to it however I have modified my calorie intakte and been eating more protein
