Lonan's whole story

Since childhood, I have struggled with my weight… I really have to be careful with what I eat, otherwise, I gain weight very easily…
I must say that during the 8 weeks of personal training with Felina Williams, I have really gained insight into the way I could maintain my weight in accordance with a balanced way of living.
The 5:2 diet is easy for me to live by. I fast twice a week and then I literally eat what I want. I will continue using Felina as my personal trainer until I have lost altogether 100 pounds, and then I’ll just hope for the best. I can spend 20-30 minutes twice a week for exercise, since my job as a truck driver is very requiring.
