I think the concept is thought out. I am a truck driver and my working hours vary a lot. I don´t have time or motivation for spending 2 hours in the gym. GoalGain´s concept is much better. 20-30 minutes of training twice a week. Easy to maintain this lifestyle.

The 5:2 diet is easy for me to live by. I fast twice a week and then I literally eat what I want. I will continue using Felina as my personal trainer until I have lost altogether 100 pounds, and then I’ll just hope for the best. I can spend 20-30 minutes twice a week for exercise, since my job as a truck driver is very requiring.
