I thought it was about time to do something about my body. GoalGain´s concept about training in the nature and near by combined with low prices accommodated to my needs.
I find it difficult to keep up with my training plan without anyone to support me. By committing me to a personal trainer I optimize my changes to maintain myself in the weigh-loss process. And someday I might be able to do this by myself. I had some realistic goals. Like having a better attitude towards training and of course to lose some weight.
I have improved myself a lot during the course. Both physically and mentally thanks to Thomas. The training has shown up to be the right thing to a busy student as me. I have really loved the 2x25 minutes of training per week combined with the 5:2 diet which is far more effective than moderately training in the gym.
I have completed 8 weeks of intense training at GoalGain. I started my course by having no expectations because I have not practiced real exercise except for a brist walk and a bit of training in the gym. The gym is absolutely not of my preferred.
