Jane Vestergaard's whole story

I have learned that high intensive training in only 20 minutes is effective and suits me well. The weight loss is not as big as expected but my fat is now reduced with 3,8 % and my VO2 max is also better. Especially my plank-performance has gone up from 30 seconds to 4 minutes and that is actually without really having trained the plank specifically! The 5:2 diet has also worked well. It suits me well only to think about my diet twice a week. I intend to continue the 5:2 diet and the exercise after the bootcamp.
