I have been inspired a lot! Morgan showed me how to train with stones and beams. And I must admit that HIIT training really works!
I have always made an effort in maintaing a strong and good looking body.
I have never been obese however I am not born with good genes. I really stick to strict diet and exercise every day and now I combine it with HIIT training which gives me a lot of energy.
