GREAT! I have toiled every single day. However Lily´s idea about the 5:2 diet has been a great method to stabilise my weight.
Since my childhood I have been obese. I must always be careful of what I eat but I feel that during the 48 weeks with Lily as my personal trainer I have finally found a balanced way of living my life and a method to maintain my weight. I scared me when she said that more than 80 % of people who lose weight regain after 2 years. I intend not to take part of the statistics.
