Very intensive training. No wonder that I have lost inches! Lily was a good motivator during the course. She has inspired me by her creativity concerning diet and training... After 16 weeks of training with Lily I finally believe that I can continue on my own. Thank you Lily.
I haven´t suffered from obesity. I just needed some motivation to lose some inches. I have kept to the 5:2 diet during the 16 weeks and trained HIIT training twice a week.
