Short-termed and effective training to fit a busy life

You train twice a week and the training last for 20-30 minutes. You will get your heart rate up, burn fat and increase muscle mass due to the training intensity. The training can be done at your location or nearby.

Why train in the nature?

At the first place the nature has many great areas where the training can take place. Variation is also a part of nature-training due to the option of training at many different places in a varying of terrain.
